The theme of this Zine is the idea of being “burned out”. This goes both in the literal and metaphorical sense when related to climate change. One idea is we have taken and extracted all the available resources and fuel the Earth has to offer and are essentially leaving it hollow, thus the idea of being burned.
The other idea is the feeling of dread, exhaustion and uneasiness when thinking about the future of the world and the literal feeling of being “burned out” emotionally.
Overall, this Zine is messy and all over the place but that (I hope) also speaks to the chaos and uneasiness of the whole situation we are all going through.
